Awareness Program
The National Food Security Act 2013 is a law notified by the Government of India through which the Government of India aims to ensure that food grains are available to the general public in the country. Notification date- After being passed by the Indian Parliament, it was notified by the government on 10 September 2013. Objective: The objective of the National Food Security Act 2013 is to provide food to the people at cheaper rates. The aim is to provide adequate quantity of quality food grains so that they get food and nutritional security and can live with dignity.
